The partnership will once again provide dedicated travel benefits for those heading to Sardinia for the Italian round of the FIA World Rally Championship, scheduled in Alghero from 1-4 October.

Alghero, June 5th 2026 – Rally Italia Sardegna and Grimaldi Lines have renewed their partnership for the 2026 edition, continuing their collaboration aimed at facilitating sea travel to and from Sardinia for the Italian round of the FIA World Rally Championship, scheduled in Alghero from 1-4 October.

Thanks to the agreement signed with ACI Sport, spectators and fans travelling to the island to attend the event organised by the Automobile Club d’Italia with the support of Regione Sardegna will benefit from special conditions on Grimaldi Lines ferry services to Sardinia’s main ports. The initiative forms part of the activities developed to encourage participation in the event and facilitate travel related to the rally.

The agreement provides a 30% discount on ticket fares (excluding fixed fees, EU ETS costs and onboard services) on the Livorno-Olbia, Civitavecchia-Olbia, Civitavecchia-Porto Torres and Porto Torres-Barcelona routes, in both directions. The offer will be valid for bookings made by 10 October 2026 and for departures between 21 September and 11 October 2026.
